When We Sneeze

We all get scared sometimes
We've all heard the music play
All of us know what rain feels like
And have seen a sunny day
Everyone's had to make tough descisions
We've all scraped our knees
Sure, we might be a little different, but
We all look funny when we sneeze

No one's been to mars and back
No one's touched the sun
We all wonder at the center of the Earth
There's only so fast we can run
We can't lift things with our minds just yet
We can only wish for dreams
See, we're not that different, 'cause
We all look funny when we sneeze

We all were born with bare feet
All of us breathe the air
And all to whom this poem implies
This planet you have shared
We've all spent some time living here
And someday we'll all leave
Because we're not all that different and
We all look funny when we sneeze.
