Fish Wish

I would wish
To be a fish
If I could, I would live in the sea
Fins and gills and all the frills
Bring it on
It's all fine by me
I wouldn't do a whole bunch
And I'd probably be lunch
For a bear or a shark or a crow
But it comforts me how
That could happen right now
And sea salt
Is good for your heart, so
I figure a fish
Is the best kind of wish
No job that you slave at each day
No family of three
That you're trying to feed
And money?
Just rocks in the clay
All emotions are gone
And you don't live that long
Just enough to see sunshine, feel rain
Yes, if I had a wish
I would live as a fish
I'd swim happy
And skip all the pain
